Nicknamed The beast! My brother-in-law built this car from just a VW shell. He “tricked out” the baja engine and assures me that 4,000 miles is “not a problem.” I got car insurance with roadside assistance “just in case.” Anyhow, this is the horse, I have chosen to ride into the sunset…for better or worse. The route below is “rough” and I will be deviating + or – 50-miles on either side of the highway. I will be exploring sites like copper canyon, Copan, and Bocas Del Toro and walking the streets of historical cities like Guadalajara, Oaxaca, Antigua, and Granada. With so many natural wonders to be seen, the oceans, mountains, and rain forest will never be far away. All and all, I will go through 7 unique countries with my eyes always on the next stop and eventually the great Panama Canal.
